Return & Refund Policy — Islamic Diaries

At Islamic Diaries, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or request a replacement under the following terms.

15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  1. Unused and in its original condition

  2. Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number


Defective or Damaged Products

Free Replacement

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request photos or videos of the issue to process the claim.


Returns Without Any Reason

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product for any reason (for example, change of mind), you may do so within 15 days of receiving the item.

In this case:

  1. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  2. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (or another agreed method) within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Important

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If a refund is issued after a free-shipping promotion, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  1. Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

  2. Products returned after the 15-day return period

  3. Items that are used, altered, or missing original packaging
